Great company to work with. Fast response after I called and had them at my house within a couple of days, all during the late Summer hail storms we had. They did a walk through and then met the insurance adjuster at my house and made sure everything was identified. The whole process was seamless and easy and the actual installation went without a hitch, completed in a day. I'd definitely recommend them and plan to use again for some remodel work.

Platinum Contractors and Chris did an absolutely outstanding job for us! Their attention to detail is amazing! They definitely made a nerve wracking experience as easy as could be. Connected with my insurance, met the adjusters to make sure we got everything replaced that was needed. Not only do we now have an amazing new roof that will last us many years, the new gutters and paint transformed the house! So cool to pull up to the garage...it feels like a new house!! I would like to give the Platinum Team a huuuuuge two thumbs up for the awesome service and incredible work! Always on time, always kept us in the loop. So fast too, sheesh! Platinum was recommended to me from a family member based on the quality of service they previously received. I am thankful for the recommendation! Platinum was exceptional from beginning to end. We had significant hail damage and they sent a representative for several of my meetings with adjusters and the insurance company to make sure the assessment was complete and comprehensive. The quality and craftsmanship of their work was exceptional. Andrew and his team went above and beyond, were helpful and guided us through the entire the process, knowledgeable, and communicative.
